One of the world’s most successful art agents, Lilla Rogers, has launched a Global Talent Search competition to find the next big name in art.

Lilla Rogers, founder of the Massachusetts-based
Lilla Rogers Studio, has sold art for products worth over $100 million in
markets across the world. The winner will be represented by Lilla Rogers Studio
for two years, and win a host of licensing contracts. This is an incredible
opportunity for artists to showcase their work, get noticed, and for the winner
to catapult their career to a whole new level.
Lilla Rogers says “This is sure to blast an artist’s career into the stratosphere.
We already have some of our art director clients wanting to get their
hands on our winner!”
The competition will be run completely online, with
judging by an expert panel of industry specialists including Anthropologie,
Chronicle Books, Paperchase, Design*Sponge, Crate & Barrel, Real Simple
Magazine and Quarry Books. There will also be a public vote to choose a
‘People’s Choice’ finalist. Registration is open now and the competition will
be run in several stages over the summer. The winner will be announced on
October 3 2013. This competition is the first of its kind, and is possibly the
most exciting competition to hit the art world in years.
The Global Talent Search is open to any artist over
18 (based in any country) who is not currently represented.
