Monica Lee - Smart Creative Women

Monica Lee is an artist & textile designer who runs a web show in which she interviews creative women to find out more about how they keep their business successful yet creative. She likes to "hear stories" & "spread stories". Her hope "is for you to be able to hear how women today are carving our a place for themselves using their very best resource, their creativity and realise that you can do it aswell!" Sarajo Frieden

Recently Rachael announced that she is now a proud member of the Lilla Rogers Studio. For the next few months we have decided to feature a regular weekly showcase from Lilla's esteemed group of designers & Illustrators. Today we bring you the lovely Sarajo Frieden.

Sarajo Frieden is an illustrator based in Los Angeles, USA. Sarajo is inspired by everything around her but you may find a lot of folk, decorative art throughout most of her illustrations. Sarajo tends to combine hand-drawn & digital motifs within her drawings giving her illustrations a unique illustrative style. There are a lot of colours, textures & conversational motifs in all of Sarajo's illustrations as well as typography & surface design. Sarajo's work has been exhibited in many galleries across the globe including New York, Rome, Australia & many more. She also an impressive client list including American Express, New York Magazine, Pfizer, Weight Watchers & countless more. Sarajo has a blog which she writes regularly. Enjoy, Hannah.

Khristian A. Howell - Cover Girl & Consultant!

Khristian A. Howell is a colour & pattern expert who designs for a wide selection of products & clients. Khristian explains that 'she is embarking on a colour revolution' & believes 'in living a life that is colourful, balanced and inspired'.

Khristian has recently started Artist Consultancy in which 'you and Khristian will assess your current situation and goals to help carve out a plan of action for moving forward'. Khristian will through running a creative business to attending your first trade show. Sounds amazing!

Faye Brown

Faye Brown is another wonderful graduate of the e-course & is a UK based designer with over 10 years experience in the design industry including; graphic design, illustration, motion branding & surface pattern design. Faye has said that 'the course proved an inspiration and relit Faye's passion for bright, beautiful pattern design.' Faye also has a keen interest in photography & travel, you can see some of her photography here.
Faye's design are bright, colourful & cute with huge commercial potential! Her most recent commission of 'Funk Giraffe Bibs' really showcases this!
